Saturday 10 AM Meditation
Join us for this weekly service, which includes several forms of meditation practice, such as:
Qigong movement
Silent sitting (about 30 minutes)
Sutra chanting
Prayer
Sound bath meditation
Please plan to arrive by 9:50 and stay until the end to honor our shared practice.
