In this season of change, abundance, and reflection, we invite you to give yourself the gift of quiet relaxation and healing. In this autumnal mini-retreat, we will pause to connect with the season’s liberating chi-energy through qi-gong movement, woodland walking, and sitting meditation. Also, there will be time for tea, snacks, and fellowship! 

 All levels of practitioners are welcome! To maintain the vessel of community, please plan to arrive on time and stay until 5 PM.
