Throughout this workshop, you’ll investigate your own experience of stress and explore how to befriend that which challenges you. Embark upon a journey of self-discovery and develop an invincible tool box to transform your stress into peace.

Join Cyndi Bulka, seasoned senior Yoga teacher and meditation master WonGong for four weeks of yoga and meditation instruction to empower you with easy-to-employ tools for managing chronic stress and its effects. Free your body, lighten your heart, clear and calm your mind!
