Would you like to march into spring with a renewed spirit? Meditation practice helps you tune into and awaken to the vibrant chi-energy within.

Tree meditation and Qi-gong movement will be incorporated throughout the day. Let’s practice and enjoy this peaceful time of spring as it emerges through our noble silence, contemplation, and fellowship.

The retreat will end with a community meditation service. To maintain the vessel of community for the day, please plan to arrive on time and stay for the full day.

Lunch, light supper, snacks, and tea will be provided.
