Directions
From Interstate-40
Take Exit 266 onto Martin Luther King, Jr Blvd (Historic Airport Road) and proceed toward Chapel Hill about 0.1 mile. Turn right on Eubanks Road and follow Eubanks (2.5 miles) until it meets Old NC 86. Turn left on Old NC 86 and proceed about 0.6 mile to the temple sign on the right. The temple is behind a long hedge row around the driveway.
From Chapel Hill North
Proceed north on Martin Luther King, Jr Blvd (Historic Airport Road) to Eubanks Road. Turn left on Eubanks Road and follow Eubanks (2.5 miles) until it meets Old NC 86. Turn left on Old NC 86 and proceed about 0.6 mile to the temple sign on the right. The temple is behind a long hedge row around the driveway.
From Chapel Hill South
Take NC 54 Bypass around Chapel Hill and Carrboro and continue on west NC 54. Right after passing Carrboro Plaza, turn right on Old Fayetteville Road. Follow Old Fayetteville Road by McDougle School to the second stop light at Calvander Crossroads. Continue 0.9 mile north on Old NC86. The temple is on your left, directly across from the 35 MPH speed limit sign.
From Interstate-85
Take Exit 164 (Hillsborough) and turn toward Chapel Hill on Old NC86: this will be a left turn from the off-ramp if you are coming from Durham, or a right turn if you are coming from Mebane. Drive 7 miles on Old NC 86. The Temple sign is on the right.
From Greensboro
From I- 40 East/I-85 North, take I-40 East toward Raleigh and then in about a mile take exit 261 (Hillsborough). Turn right at the bottom of the ramp and drive about 6 miles on Old NC 86 to the Temple. The Temple is on the right (with circle sign and long green hedge up the driveway).
